Calling all artists!

If you are a talented artisan looking for a showcase for your fabulous creations, we want you to be a part of the Sweet Tea Yoga Festival. One of the features of the day will be a small Artists’ Market. We are limiting participation to just 20, and we are accepting applications until April 1. This is a day that will give you unprecedented exposure to the North Metro Community since it is the Saturday before Mother’s Day at Avalon, one of the busiest and most upscale shopping centers in Atlanta!

A maximum of 10 Arts and Vendors will be able to participate in the festival due to space restrictions and will be reviewed weekly on a first come, first serve basis. The number of artists in the same category will be limited to protect the integrity of the festival and other artisans. The cost per table should you be selected is $100.

Please submit:

  • An Artisan Application form (below) via email to sweetteayogafestival@gmail.com
  • At least three high quality pictures of your work to be exhibited. (Identify with name of artist.)
  • A digital photo of your normal booth display.
  • $15.00 Artist Application Deposit to accompany application. (Application Fee)
  • Balance of $85 will be due upon acceptance.
  • All payments are non-refundable.

APPLICATION FEES

  • A total of $100 is due to participate in the festival. $15 is due for an Application Deposit and the remaining $85 is due upon approval.
  • All checks will be deposited upon receipt. Cancelled checks do not confirm acceptance. You will be notified via email upon approval.
  • Each artist is responsible for paying Georgia Sales Tax on their own.

TABLE DISPLAY SPACE

All exhibit spaces are approximately 7 ft. wide x 5 ft. deep in an outdoor setting. Artisans will be furnished one 6 ft. table and a black tablecloth that must be used to abide by Avalon standards. If two tables are requested, then a $30 deposit is required and $570 is due upon approval. Exhibitors are required to clean up their area before leaving. No stakes may be driven into the pavement or ground. All inventory and supplies needed for the day need to be stowed underneath the table at all times. It is imperative that the artisan area be clean and tidy.

Exhibitors display at their own risk. The Sweet Tea Yoga Festival, Avalon and surrounding Avalon merchants are not responsible for damage, theft, loss or injury. Each exhibitor must provide his/her own insurance.

All Artisans must check-in at the lululemon store. Table check-in and set-up may begin at 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 9th. Table break down can take place after 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 9th, but no later than 9:00 p.m. when the festival ends.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE!

  • Artists, not a representative, must exhibit and be present with their work during the complete show.
  • No refunds will be given once an application has been approved.
  • If for any reason the artist cannot attend the show after being accepted, the artist must notify the Sweet Tea Yoga Festival in writing as soon as possible at sweetteayogafestival@gmail.com.
  • There is no rain site or date. The festival will open, rain or shine. (Bring sufficient protections in the event of rain.)
